TIPS for Choosing your pictures:
What's in the picture? The main subject of your photo should occupy minimum 60-80% of the space of the entire photograph (i.e. face closeup). Clear Picture. The quality of the photo (i.e. clarity, brightness, spottiness) will affect the final product directly. If your photo is blurry, the Photo Masterpiece will be blurry. If there are white flash spots on the faces in your image, the white spots will appear even more brightly in the Masterpiece. Contrast. The main subject of your photo should be different in color/contrast from the background of photo (i.e. it is difficult to see a black dog sitting on a black sofa in a dark room. Nothing Fancy. Do not send photographs which have professionally printed borders, fading, snow effects or even vignetted borders.
Photo Size: You may use any photo you like but remember the better the photo the better the masterpiece. We prefer photos 5x7 or larger. We can use black and white or color. Picture Subject: A masterpiece is best when your photo subject is at least 60-80% of your photo. Be sure the Contrast is good and photo is Sharp. The better the focus and contrast, the better the final piece will be. We will be responsible for dimensions, cropping and such unless you do your own artwork.
