Photos and Artwork
For best results your photo should be submitted in at least 150 dpi with main image size of no less than 500 pixels. The ideal format would be JPEG but we will accept: TIFF, BMP or PDF formats. FMB will crop photo to give your FMB masterpiece the best results if necessary.
Your satisfaction with your purchase is our utmost concern. To ensure best results, we review every photo prior to production and send you a view for approval. If we think there might be an issue with your photo we will contact you to discuss it.
Send a good quality photo via email. High resolution photos will create the best products.
Your Forever Memory Blankets masterpiece can be created with your choice of photos. FMB designers will advise you on number of photo max for product you choose.
Your color photo can be tranformed to create a GRAYSCALE / BLACK & WHITE product BUT you CANNOT turn a BLACK & WHITE photograph into a Full Color Creation.
General Questions
Since our products are done on a more personal basis, we allow each order the attention needed to produce a great and memorable piece. Our production time schedule varies per product (business days):
- Most Products – 5 business day production (does not include transit/shipping time)
- Woven Blankets, Woven Pillows & Tote Bags – 5 to 10 business days production (does not include transit/shipping time)
We do have expedited services at additional costs. Contact FMB office with your needed date and we will inform you of the cost and expedited shipping charges.
Forever Memory Blankets will ship internationally. We ship to APO and FPO addresses and ship worldwide. We normally ship USPS Priority Mail but we also use Federal Express and UPS depending on customer location.
Forever Memory Blankets create all our products with YOUR PHOTO or inspiration. We, therefore, cannot give refunds. In the unlikely instance, your product is defective it will be replaced if our office is contacted within 48 Hours of receipt and product is returned to our Office within (7) Seven Days.
It very important to Forever Memory Blankets that our products last nearly a lifetime. We recommend you wash woven blankets, fleece blankets and tshirts in cold water, on gentle cycle or hand wash. Dry on cool to medium temperature or hang dry. Caps and pillows should be wiped with a moderately warm, soapy, wet cloth to remove any dirt.
